If you’re new to fitness or just getting back to the gym

So, you really just need some guidance or a plan to extend those gains. Hence, the 6-week challenge – a compete “get your butt back into shape” plan.

The other two packages may sound enticing because they’re more personal (and you’re getting more), but you’re not ready for that yet. The 6-week challenge:

  • Is an affordable way to “dip your toe in the water” before making a bigger commitment. It gives you a taste of my coaching.
  • Gets results. The entire training and nutrition template has been tested and tweaked over the last 10 years at my gyms on different guys at different ages with different training experiences. It will work for you IF you follow it.
  • Adds motivation. Every guy likes a challenge, and this challenges you in multiple ways. There’s the “Success Bet” aspect of the challenge for some internal motivation. You’ll also be able to see where you stack up against other guys who have done the challenge for a little external motivation.
  • Includes everything you need to be successful: a training plan, a nutrition plan, supplement recommendations, and a community to support you.
